Fayad Engineering Co. (L.L.C.) is a local company established in 1987 to serve the HVAC growing market in the UAE. Our services have covered wide sectors ranging from private villas and palaces to multi storied residential and office buildings, factories, Sub-stations, hospitals, and warehouses using split, package and chilled water systems.

Using the most advanced design software (Trane Trace Load 700, based on ASHRAE Algorithms and Carrier E-20, II), international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, British Standards), and with the help of ACAD, we have designed and executed many successful turnkey projects. 

Although it is a price market, we have managed to set a high standard of quality and professionalism, and a team of qualified engineers, certified technicians, and skilled labors. We committed our selves to good quality and services to meet the international codes and engineering ethics.

We realized that the electromechanical works and software development could be advantageous for some particular projects, so we have established a branch for electrical and mechanical works and software services in order to offer a complete range of services and meet the demand of the local market. Our labor force ranged from 90 to 110 workers of engineers, skilled, semi-skilled and helpers.

We have established a golden name in the market for professionalism, well planning, coordination, and meeting time schedules, and financially very sound. We have done projects for many governmental departments (DSSCB, PWD, ADWEA, Private Dept. etc.) and private, and are registered with most of the oil companies (ADNOC, ADMA-OPCO, NPCC, ESNAD, etc.)
